What fabrics do you use?

For each product, you find this in the product’s page itself.
Our shirts are the softest, smoothest, best-looking T-shirts. They are made of Fine Jersey cotton, combed for softness and comfort.

Are you looking for models?

We are always on the lookout for models. If you are interested, please send a variety of pictures of yourself to us [email protected]. Include the city you are located in, and any other info you think we will find helpful. We will review them and post it on our site after acceptance by our team.

Can I submit my own designs?

Sure, get in touch with us and start a discussion about rights and commissions. However, we can’t accept anything offensive, racist, pornographic or insensitive to others so please be respectful.

As for copyrighted artwork or brand logos, if they do not belong to you, you should also avoid using them.

Can I print on the back/sleeves of the shirt?

Currently all of our garments print on the front only.

Quality Printing and Content

We use digital to garment technology called DTG to print on our tees. Digital printing uses a computer to print your design directly onto the t-shirt, allowing the ink to be printed right on the fabric. Digital printing is great as it captures details in a photo-like manner. Every intricate part of the design shows up.

Also, we use waterbased ink so no plastisol, plastics, chemicals, vinyls or any other stuff which is not environment friendly gets into you, your children or in the environment. We have only one planet and we will not add more beating to it it is already taking.

Why are the colors of my item less bright and shiny compared to the original image I saw in my phone/tablet/desktop?

It is natural to have a slight difference in color and vibrancy between the image you see on a mobile, tablet or desk screen and the one on your t-shirt since the ink will interact with the natural fibers of the tee-shirt as it is printed.

Also each screen, be it a computer screen, a mobile screen or tablet screen has a different set up in its gamma, hue, brightness and contrast. But the final result will still approach the image you saw on the site.

Washing instructions?

Expect about 5-7% shrinkage after normal wash. Wash warm, dry low. Although you should not expect any significant fading, washing colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash is a really good idea too. In doubts, ask your Mom, she”ll know what to do!

Can you print on items that are not currently available for purchase on the site?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to print on anything that’s not currently shown on the site. However let us know what kind of items you’re interested in, we cwill pass that info along to let our team know there’s a demand for such items.

Where do your products ship from?

Our apparel products will ship out of either the USA or Canada whichever is the closest to you and least expensive to ship the item to you.

Is there a store near me?

Currently we do not have any physical stores. If you have any questions regarding the sizes or anything else, please feel free to ask.

We are fully dedicated to our product’s quality and service to ensure an enjoyable experience dealing with us. We are always ready to do whatever it takes to make it right if things would go wrong in a fair manner for all parties.

We however limit our guarantee to the refund or replacement of the t-shirts. Have a look at our Legal Terms section for more details.

About Orders

I made a mistake in my order!

You can call at (41) 76 723 38 09 or drop us a line at [email protected] . Usually we can make changes within six (6) hours of placing an order no problem. If the order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you as per your request.

Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed. Try to be as precise as possible.

We will allow only one (1) change per order or simply cancel it in accordance with you if we can not make it to your pleasing. After that, we offer a store credit (gift certificate).

How do I check the status of my Order?

You can click here to check the status of your order. You will need the email address you used to order and password in order to login back to the cart to access your information.

If you somehow lost any of this information, please feel free to use the “Forgotten Password” link to get your lost password.

Passwords and Your Obligations

You may be asked to register as a member on certain pages within the site and to select a unique username and password in order to be able to access your account and use the site.

You are responsible for the purchases via your account.

As a registered member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password and shall be responsible for all uses of your username and password, including, but not limited to, any purchases facilitated through the use thereof, whether or not in fact authorized by you.

You agree to immediately notify Brucetee in writing of any breach of security, including, without limitation, unauthorized use of your username or password.

Logging off the account increases security.

You also understand that exiting immediately from your account (i.e., “logging off”) at the end of each session will enhance your account security and that failure to do so may permit other persons having access to your computer to use, or modify, your account. If you permit any person to use your username and password, you shall be liable for all activity and transactions made by that person including transactions for which you may not have authorized.

What is your return/exchange policy?


Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. We recommend using the regular Postal Service, as we find they have the most affordable rates. But you can ship it via any major carrier.

When returning an order include a note (or, ideally, write on the packing slip and include that) with the following information:

Don’t bother returning your merchandise if you did not get a Return Authorization Number

Fees and other money issues

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or any methods of payment PayPal will accept. We naturally accept our ” Gift Cards”. Unfortunately we will not accept checks, cash or money orders at this time.

Where’s my refund?

PayPal refunds will be instantly credited back to your PayPal account, however credit card refunds can take up to one billing cycle (3-4 weeks) for the funds to appear back in your account.

Why was I charged sales tax?

We have to charge sales tax in Canada since we are based in Montreal, Canada. We wish there was a way around this, but unfortunately there is not.

My package was late, can I get my shipping fees refunded?

We do not issue refund for late delivery since we do not control this aspect of the service.

Why isn’t my order going through?

It is possible that your transaction did not go through Paypal’s security check. Try to use an alternative payment method offered by paypal.

You live in a different country. Will you still be charged in USD?

Yes, all of our payments are charged in US dollars. PayPal will convert the charge to your local currency.

Why was I charged more or less than I saw at checkout?

All of the prices on our site and email confirmations are displayed in US dollars. For International orders your currency will be converted automatically upon checkout by Paypal as per their spot exchange rates. So by the time your bank or credit card makes its transaction, there could be a slight difference.

Is PayPal safe to use?

PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use any of these two, your financial information is not shared with us. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

We take for granted that your computer is free of spyware/malware, otherwise there is not much they can do about it.

What name will appear on my credit card bill?

The name on your credit card bill will be “MartialArtsInk, or “MARC GAGNON”, and will certainly mention Paypal as well.

Why was I asked to share my social media profile to place my purchase?

For your protection we may ask for a link to your social media profile to verify the authenticity of your order. Once you have verified your order, you will not be asked again.

Re-Shipping Fees for exchanging t-shirts:

We will charge a re-shipping fee for the exchange. We will send you a paypal request to cover for these fees.

We do not charge a restocking fee. If you have any questions about the return process, please email us.

Aughh! I forgot to use my coupon!

We are sorry but we can not apply a coupon to an already existing order, please save it for next time!

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Absolutely! If you are unsure about a size, or just can’t seem to decide on the perfect Martial Arts t-shirt, you can purchase a gift card! Gift cards never expire and can be combined with one current discount coupon if you have one. You may not purchase a gift card with a coupon code, they must be purchased at full price. You may purchase gift cards here in the following increments: $25.00, $50.00, $75.00 and $100.00.

You can purchase a gift certificate by accessing My Account : Gift Voucher from your Account page, or through Gift Voucher in the footer section of any page.

Promotional prices changes

We occasionally adjust the pricing on our items as we make some articles go under one of our promotional campaigns. We do not offer a price guarantee, so we can’t provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it. However if it has been discounted for less than 7 days after your purchase. in this case, we will gladly offer you a partial refund.

Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Do you accept Bulk or Wholesale Orders?

Yes, we accept Wholesale Orders of 24 pieces or more across any combination of designs, sizes, & genders. Please contact us to receive information on pricing, ordering, and fulfillment. These orders will need to be paid before they get fulfilled.

Why are you not replying to my emails?

 Please add [email protected] to your contacts or check your spam box as we always answer all related questions within 48-72 hours (except weekends and holidays).

Delays in answering your calls/emails

We strive to get back to you within 2-3 working days. Please, if you email us on a Friday, we won’t get your e-mail until Monday. If we are behind, it may be a few more days before we respond. We are a small operation so please be patient.

Why isn’t my order going through?

It is possible that your transaction did not go through Paypay’s security check. Try to use an alternative payment method offered by paypal.

I have not received my order yet!

We ship via regular mail only. Give it a few more days while in the mean time we check that is has indeed been shipped all right.

Items will ship 7-10 business days after payment is received. We ONLY ship to Paypal registered and verified address. If you need to change your address, please change it in PayPal before you pay.

Please be advised that orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada are not necessarily eligible for free shipping benefits or offers that require a promotion code.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time because of unforeseen delays.

Late deliveries are always a possibility, however, we will try our best to ensure all deliveries get there on time.

If after 40 days – your item still not arrive, please contact us.

All shipping times on our FAQ are “estimates” and do not qualify for a refund if they are not delivered on within the time frame on our FAQ.

Shipping Information

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping for orders of $80.00 or more. $80 minimum purchase is calculated after all discounts and coupons have been applied. You will see a discount appearing on the billing. Valid only in Canada.

Can I use separate billing and shipping addresses?

Yes! When you reach the checkout page under “Shipping Information” click the button marked “Ship to Different Address”, enter the separate address information in the field boxes.

Do you ship to military addresses?

We do!

When will I get my order?

Orders take up to 10 business days to process before shipping than it depends on postal services.

Estimation Of Delivery Date

USA & Canada: 7-14 days

WORLDWIDE : 20-30 Days

Depending on your location, shipping time varies widely. It may take up to 30 working days if your country has strict custom rules.

For Holiday Period (Christmas, New Year and etc), shipping will take more longer time to reach. Please be patient when awaiting shipment.

Why was my order charged Customs and Duties Fees? when it was delivered?

International orders may be subject to your country’s customs duties/fees regulations. Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it.

Note that if your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by postage charges on your order, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.

We also are not able to mark orders as gifts.

We do not issue any refunds for Customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the Customs fees.

Your grouped shipment

We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk.
